Midway Patriot Buildings is owned and operated by Matt and Stephanie Stone. We’re longtime Council Hill residents.

We got into the portable building and carport business after looking for an affordable option for Stephanie’s mother, who retired and is on a fixed income. We researched several options from new construction, pole barn houses to mobile homes, and after looking at the quality of the construction and the affordability, we decided to try a shed house.

After seeing the benefits, cost savings and ability to personally customize the shed houses and tubular steel framed buildings and carports, we started Midway Patriot Buildings.

We proudly offer quality portable buildings that carry craftsmanship and manufacturers warranties and come in many sizes and designs.

Buildings and structures for every need

• Smaller buildings are often used for personal storage. Other buildings can be used for commercial businesses - anything from hair salons, to snow cone stands to coffee houses.

• Larger wood buildings are often turned into personal homes, lake houses, vacation cabins, rental cabins, hunting cabins and more.

• We also offer affordable, all-metal carports, garages and shop buildings designed to fit your needs. These structures are often used with residential homes, rural homes, agriculture, lake lots, hunting and vacation spots, commercial businesses and more.
